Okay, I know jukebox musicals get a lot of flack, but in a world where Mamma Mia! and & Juliet exist, I think it’s a snobby view (THAT’S MY OPINION!!!!) I also think jukebox musicals are more accessible, and get bums in seats because more people know the music. Was this the best show I’ve ever seen? No. Did I have a lot of fun? Yes!

STANDOUT PERFORMANCE: Christian Douglas as Christian. WHY DOES MY HEART CRY, FEELINGS I CAN’T FIIIIGHHHTTTT (yeah, he did the Tviet riff and I passed away).

FUN FACT: The Moulin Rouge is a real nightclub that's operated since 1889 and is known as the birthplace of can-can dancing.
