I am a big fan of Monty Python’s Holy Grail so I knew this show would be a good time. Josh and I managed to score “obstructed view” tickets which were 20 bucks apiece. We only missed one small scene which took place on top of the castle (I’m sure movie fans can figure out which scene).

The energy in the theatre was a lot of fun and you could tell most people we’re ready to laugh and have a good time before it even started.

STANDOUT PERFORMANCE: Jennifer Rider-Shaw was SO pregnant and SO incredible as The Lady of the Lake. Damn can that woman sing.

FUN FACT: Although very much billed as a “Monty Python” musical, I was surprised to learn that the only original member involved in it’s creation was Eric Idle.

TICKET TIP: Stratford Festival offers a number of “Pay What You Can” days. Additionally, they have obstructed view seats for a discounted rate. Tickets can be purchased directly from their website.
